Men's Ministries
The purpose of Men’s Ministry at Grace
is to facilitate friendships and connections among
men, and encourage men to grow to maturity in
Christ, in all areas of their lives.
Men’s Ministries at Grace create a place where guys
can get to know others who are growing in Jesus
Christ. Through a variety of activities including
Bible studies and events, the goal is to create an
environment of "iron sharpening iron." Men of all
ages are invited to join this group to see Jesus
Christ coming alive in other men.
All men of Grace are strongly encouraged to take
the opportunity to participate in any of these
programs in order to connect and have the
opportunity to form strong relationships with other
men.
MEN’S NIGHTS
Our own distinct, "Men’s Club," Men’s Nights meet
quarterly at 6:30 pm on the fourth Monday of
January, April, July and October and are meaningful
times of fellowship and fun that provide great
bonding moments. Special speakers, testimonies of
changed lives, consumption of beef, assembling
potato guns and taking in sporting events are just
a few of the activities featured at quarterly Men’s
Nights.
BIBLE STUDIES
A dedicated group of men gathers at 6:00 am every
Tuesday share life, concerns relative to living as
a man in today’s world and support one another in
prayer.
Intermittent, topical Bible studies are held on
Saturday mornings as need and leadership arise.
RETREATS
Men’s Ministries holds a retreat every spring,
providing a great opportunity to get away, grow as
a man of God and learn from a dynamic and godly
speaker.
SERVICE AND OUTREACH
Grace men have been actively involved in recent
Southern-Arizona related events including Promise
Keepers, Festival of Hope and the Can Hunger food
drive. Grace men have also provided needed skilled
labor at the Campus Crusade House on the campus of
the U of A.
RECREATION
More bonding happens when guys get away just for
fun. Skeet shooting and hiking the awesome Arizona
mountains are two recent activities.
Men’s Ministries is coordinated by Fred
Heinrichs, who invites you to contact him with
questions, ideas or concerns at 297-5176.
All men of Grace CCC are strongly encouraged to
take the opportunity to participate in any of these
programs in order to connect and have the
opportunity to form strong relationships with other
men.
