INREACH/CARE MINISTRY

	The Inreach Team fosters commitment to community by overseeing the important areas of care and fellowship for friends and members of Grace. Bringing people together, ministering in times of need and promoting prayer through prayer chains strengthen the bonds of faith within our body.
The Grace Inreach/Care Team serves in the following areas:

CARD MINISTRY
Cards expressing encouragement, get well wishes and sympathy sent to Grace Church family. Coordinator: Anna Krause: 579-6532.

CARE MEALS
Coordination of dinners provided for families or individuals needing support during times of hospitalization, illness, childbirth, death or other special circumstances. Coordinator: Judy Thompson: 877-8746.

FELLOWSHIP EVENTS
Fellowship events are planned and carried out, including provision of food, to bring the church family together for special moments in the life of Grace. Examples include graduation receptions, visiting dignitaries and church fellowship meals. Coordinator: Crystal Blount: 495-0657.

HOME AND HOSPITAL VISITS
Bringing the love and presence of Christ to those who are hospitalized or homebound. Coordinator: Pastor Jed Hollenbach: 575-1444.

PRAYER CHAIN
Telephone prayer chain coordination for needs that come in after the church office is closed. Coordinator: Caroline Veeder: 742-5718.

TRANSPORTATION
Rides to and from church are provided by volunteers for those who are unable to drive themselves. Coordinator: Carol Colan: 818-3340.

COLLEGE CARE
Grace families host a monthly home-cooked meal for students throughout the year, including UA and Pima students during the school year and out-of-state students during summers. In the fall, prayer pals are recruited for all Grace collegians, matching volunteer intercessors with students who consider Grace their church home whether they attend school in Tucson or out of town. Prepare and distribute “care” packages to all Grace college students. Coordinator: Gordon Diss: 544-2426.

COMMON GROUNDS
Refreshments and snacks between services allows attendees of both first and second services to meet, greet, celebrate and encourage each other. Coordinator: Renee Hoffman: 237-4508.
