Jed Hollenbach and family

Jed has served Grace Community Church for thirteen years of ministry. During those years, he has learned what it means to follow Jesus and to be changed by God’s grace. Grace is the place he discovered his call into ministry. Jed first came to Grace fresh out of Bible college and served as youth pastor for seven years before attending seminary. Jed spent three years at North Park Theological Seminary in Chicago where he received his Master of Divinity. He was invited back to Grace to serve in the position of Associate Pastor, and he is in his 6th year of his 2nd term. Grace Community Church is a place that Jed deeply loves and often says that even if he were not a pastor at Grace, it is the place he would call home. Jed and his wife, Heidi, were married and dedicated both their sons at Grace. Serving at Grace has been an incredible journey on which Jed has continued to learn and he has enjoyed living out God’s agenda in his own life, in the Grace family, and in the community in which he lives.

When Jed is not caring for the congregation at Grace, he is investing heavily in his own family. He has been married to Heidi for 11 wonderful years. They have two boys, Andrew (4) and Aiden (2), who keep them laughing and loving life. As their family continues to grow, their love for Grace and the importance of what God seeks to do in and through Grace also continues to grow. On the rare occasion that Jed finds that elusive commodity called "free time" he enjoys hiking, working out, listening to books on tape, playing guitar, and of course, puttering in the garage.
